Property Administration Officer - 12 month contract

The Property Administration Officer's primary responsibility is to assist the property team and manage the maintenance management system (MEX), including reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and capital works administration.

About the role

  • Maintain and operate the property management system (MEX).
  • Assist in maintaining the Fleet Management System.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Assist with updating of the key resister.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes.
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance contractors, ensure they fulfil their obligations under agreed service contracts.

About you

  • Previous experience with asset maintenance and management systems.
  • Be system minded, with technical understanding of system configuration.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Drivers Licence
