We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Coordinator to promote a quality culture and enhance the Kids First quality and risk management system. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will identify and track projects that improve the agency's productivity, efficiency, and the quality of our service delivery.

Able to enthusiastically embrace change, you will help others to do the same by tracking metrics for all program areas and working with managers and team leaders to understand their quality outcomes using a flexible approach through highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Drawing upon your passion for making improvements to the way we work and with a stakeholder-centred mindset, you will easily deliver on key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of quality and compliance activities across Kids First
  • Maintaining the integrity of Kids First's risk, incident, and compliance system - Risk Wizard software database
  • Guiding and supporting staff to implement quality and risk practices and continuous improvement principles into everyday practice across Kids First
  • Assisting the Quality Manager to ensure the Kids First quality management system meets the ISO 9001:2015 standards and sector-specific standards

What's needed

  • 2 years experience in a compliance, quality, and risk management role
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a quality management system in accordance with the ISO9001: 2015 standard
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and database management skills
