We are seeking friendly and compassionate Home Care Registered Nurses who will provide clinical support to our lovely clients living in their own home.

About the role

We are seeking warm, friendly, and experienced Home Care Registered Nurses who are motivated and willing to join our amazing team. You will provide clinical support and quality clinical care to our clients.

The role will also ensure residents receive the appropriate level of clinical care support services to maintain quality of life, provide input into the resident's management of care by completing assessments, care planning, and case management reviews.

What's needed

• You are a Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
• Have a minimum of 2 -3 years post-basic nursing experience
• Efficiently managing appointments to respond to client's support needs
• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
• Must have a current vehicle licence and be confident driving - fleet vehicle is provided
• Available for oncall roster
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently
