The opportunity

We're searching for an experienced Project Manager who can match us for ambition. If you're the perfect fit, you'll have the passion and vision to influence change and build the momentum required to deliver successful outcomes.

In this dynamic role, you'll find yourself calling upon the experience you have in managing and delivering complex projects within the Aged Care or Healthcare sector. You'll be giving your already strong leadership skills and broad knowledge of project management a workout. And you'll also be thankful that you can ‘talk the talk', with your trademark positive, persistent attitude, you're able to guide your team and liaise with all stakeholders (and there are many!) with integrity and professionalism.

Your key responsibilities

  • Consulting with the relevant project sponsor to develop, and execute project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Identify and manage project risks by developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
  • Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • In collaboration with the relevant project sponsor, develop project budgets and monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective communication and collaboration.

About you

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Business Administration and, ideally, has Aged Care or Health Sector experience. In order to succeed in this role, you should have a solid background with:

  • Project Planning and Execution,
  • Budgeting and Resource Management,
  • Team Coordination and Leadership,
  • Stakeholder Management plus
  • Project Documentation and Reporting.
