The opportunity

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Primary school, guiding students from Kindergarten to Year 6 toward academic success and personal growth. Working closely with the Principal and stakeholders, you'll embody our school's values while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and students.

Your main focus will be on building strong community relationships and providing expert guidance and support. While you'll have decision-making authority, collaboration will be key as we work together to achieve our strategic goals. We're looking for a leader who inspires others, handles challenges with grace, and consistently upholds professional standards.

As Head of Primary, you'll lead the way in innovative teaching and learning practices, ensuring our curriculum remains dynamic and student-centered. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Qualifications from a recognised Australian institution and accreditation to teach in NSW
  • 5 years of leadership experience in a similar setting, with a strong understanding of curriculum requirements
  • A commitment to teamwork and flexibility, with excellent computer skills
  • A dedication to professionalism, confidentiality, and our Anglican values
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and an understanding of student wellbeing needs
