Your role

In joining our team, you will support people with a disability and/or aged care needs within the services offered by Anglicare Disability Service in a person-centred manner that is respectful and meets the needs of people with a disability or age-related needs.

This role requires a person who is flexible, resilient yet compassionate, and who has the willingness to learn. Your problem-solving and excellent communication skills will serve you well in this role as you work closely with others and independently to deliver the highest standard of care.

What's needed

• Cert III in Individual Support or other relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in supporting people with disabilities or aged care needs, with a willingness to undertake Cert III study.
• Completing the training modules of the NDIS Commission Quality Saftey and You ( NDIS Commission website).
• Completing the New Worker- NDIS induction module (NDIS Commission website).
• NDIS and Working With Children clearance
• Position is in Moruya
