The role

We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter for our branch located in Kewdale, Perth. This role will be working closely with a strong and experienced team of spare parts professionals in delivering quality parts and excellent service to our customers both on the phone and in person.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Selling our range of Truck, Bus and Trailer parts to our customers either through online inquiries, over the phone, or face to face through the front counter
• Effectively interpret the customer's needs through careful application of product knowledge
• Liaising and delivering in-store priority service for key national contract customers
• Assisting other team members in daily transactions
• Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse when required

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, experience in Automotive or HV spare parts sales is essential (truck-bus preferred). You must also be self-motivated, resourceful, have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills and a positive can-do attitude.

In addition:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Spare-parts sales, preferably Truck, Bus and/or Trailers
• communication and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and intermediate IT skills
• Experience in EPC systems
• Highly motivated and able to function well under pressure
• A strong team player
• A can-do attitude, be self - motivated and able to function well under pressure
