Due to exciting growth you will be a key member of a small and dedicated team, you will often be the first point of contact with our customers, whether face-to-face or on the phone.
This role is about finding out what our customers want and providing them with solutions, so a sound knowledge of equipment is necessary. This role is also responsible for coordinating deliveries and pick-ups so a working knowledge of the Victorian geography is essential. The work is varied and interesting, with regular hours and a strong emphasis on customer service.
And you will love this ability to combine your unique blend of skills and experience, as you:
- Manage and controll hire records
- Provide equipment advice and offer equipment solutions to satisfy customer enquiries
- The ability to convert a high percentage of enquiries
- Preparation of tenders and quotations for hire of equipment
- Handle incoming hire requests and able to assist clients with their hire needs
Your minimum of 2 years' industry experience will stand you in excellent stead for this role. You'll also find your qualification handy, whether it's a trade certificate in automotive mechanic or electrics, a forklift ticket, or certification in customer service. But most of all, it's your ability to break down complex concepts and explain them, and your commitment to putting the customer first, that will see you succeed.
