That's where you come in.

You will love this opportunity to combine your IT and project management skills with your customer support experience as you:

  • Turn your knowledge of our software into engaging learning experiences for our clients
  • Assist us in rolling out new products
  • Maintain existing relationships with our clients to make sure they feel supported
  • Train clients, both remotely and on-site
  • Help implement our software at new and existing client sites

Your brilliant communication skills will really come to the fore here, as will your creativity and ability to break down technical information into something engaging and enticing. Ideally you'll have 2+ years experience balancing tech know-how with customer service in other roles - maybe IT Helpdesk Support or a Sales Support role.

You'll have extensive IT knowledge, the ability to pick up new systems quickly and you'll find yourself drawing upon that Bachelor's degree (in a related field) too.
